The local museums under the management of Biñan City Culture, History, Arts and Tourism Office (BCHATO).
BCHATO is the City of Biñan's Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department created to address the city government's commitment to cultural, historical, artistic and tourism heritage conservation and preservation.
BCHATO has three mandates namely:
(1) Cultural Heritage and Artistic Creation,
(2) Historical Conservation and Preservation, and
(3) Tourism Development and Promotion.

SENTRONG PANGKULTURA NG BIÑAN

The Sentrong Pangkultura ng Biñan is located at the heart of the town plaza. It houses the Biñan City Museum, Biñan City Studies Center and the Biñan City Culture, History, Arts and Tourism Office. Prior to being the City's Cultural Center, the structure became the Casa Hacienda of the friars during the Spanish regime, a school during the American times and a municipal hall in the 1940s until 2010.

HISTORIC ALBERTO MANSION

The Historic Alberto Mansion is the maternal ancestral house of Rizal and is the only original structure in the Philippines that has a connection with the national hero.
A 200-year-old bahay na bato withstanding ravages brought by time and nature; up until the year 2010 when the house was sold to a real estate developer. The property was illegally dismantled for transfer to a heritage resort in Bagac, Bataan. Left in Biñan are ruins of what used to be one of Laguna's grand ancestral house.
Through the efforts of the local government and heritage advocates, the grand house risen on its original site last December 6, 2019.

SCHOOL OF RIZAL SITE

The School of Rizal Site and Museum was opened to the public on August 1, 2016 after the City Government of Biñan acquired the property from the Gonzales Family in 2015. It is located along Gen. Capinpin Street in Barangay Poblacion. The NHCP installed a National Historical Marker on the site in 1948 to memorialize Rizal's stay in Biñan as a young student. The site is where Dr. Jose P. Rizal received his first formal education under Maestro Justiniano Cruz in years 1869-1871.
